Emerald Forest Filk Society Website
Welcome to the internet home of the Emerald Forest Filk Society.
We are a group of people devoted to extending the knowledge and experience of the musical form known as Filk throughout the region of the Greater Puget Sound (Oregon, Washington, and parts of British Columbia).
We are active with the local Science-Fiction conventions and work with them to encourage filk programming. We also work with filk dealers to make sure that filk materials are available at those same conventions. Lastly, we are setting up club tables at the local cons in order to introduce more people to filk and the fun it can be.
